  • Reformer

    Reformer pilates is for EVERYBODY. With the Reformer you use resistance to strengthen, lengthen and build deep core stability - using the machine to either challenge or support you depending on your needs. We offer classes at three different levels; Essentials, Intermediate and Challenging. If you’re not sure which one is for you just get in touch and we’ll guide you to where you’ll be most comfortable.

  • Tower

    The Tower brings the challanges of the Reformer with the added benefits of more functional standing work. Working against both resistance and gravity, spinal articulation can feel even more effective. Expect a full body workout to build mobility, strength and muscular endurance. If you like Springboard you’ll love this.

  • Jumpboard Cardio

    Jumpboard is our energising, low-impact cardio class that blends classic reformer movements with smooth, controlled jumping sequences. It's a fun, full-body workout that builds stamina, strengthens glutes, legs and core, and supports cardiovascular health — all while being kind to your joints. Suitable for all levels.

  • Strength Flow

    Strength Flow combines the precision of reformer Pilates with the power of dumbbell strength work. This dynamic class is designed to build lean muscle, support bone health, and improve overall strength — without losing the control and flow you know and love. Perfect for confident intermediate clients ready to level up.
